RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We put genuine care into every piece we make. If something isn't right, we want to know.

Returns (USA Only)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact
  • Email us at info@jajibelli.com with your order number and your reason for return
  • If your piece arrived damaged or defective, include clear photographs

Do not send anything back without hearing from us first.

Exchanges (USA Only)

Need a different size or piece? We offer exchanges on eligible USA orders within 14 days of delivery. Email us at info@jajibelli.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.

International Orders

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will find a solution.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces
  • Sample pieces
  • Sale items
  • Limited edition drops — this will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase
