RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We put genuine care into every piece we make. If something isn't right, we want to know.
Returns (USA and India)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States and India.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact
- Email us at info@jajibelli.com with your order number and your reason for return
- If your piece arrived damaged or defective, include clear photographs
Please do not send anything back without hearing from us first — we will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions by email.
Exchanges (USA only)
Need a different size or piece? We offer exchanges on eligible USA orders within 14 days of delivery. Email info@jajibelli.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States and India, returns are handled case by case. Because our pieces ship from our workshop in India, return shipping on international orders is arranged and paid by the customer, and original shipping and any customs duties are non-refundable.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right at no cost to you — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom and made-to-order pieces
- Sample pieces
- Sale items
- Limited edition drops — noted on the product page at the time of purchase
