PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Ready-to-Ship orders are processed within 24 hours — Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following business day.

Made-to-Order pieces require 7–14 business days before dispatch, depending on the complexity of the artwork. Custom commissions may take longer based on the labor involved. Estimated production time is listed on each product page.

After dispatch, standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Orders over $150 ship free. Rates for orders below $150 are calculated at checkout.

JajiBelli ships worldwide. All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout and dispatched from our warehouses in Virginia, USA or Bangalore, India.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER

We offer customization for silhouette adjustments, sizing, fabric choices, and boning configurations — subject to material availability. Email us at info@jajibelli.com to begin.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as materials are cut and work begins immediately. You will receive image updates throughout production. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and cannot be pre-paid by JajiBelli. Packages returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address may incur fees deducted from your refund.
